If you receive your eFOLDi product and find that it is either damaged or unsuitable for you we have an easy 28 days returns policy and process to follow.
If you have purchased your eFOLDi product from a Dealer, please contact them in the first instance and they will be happy to process your request.
If you purchased directly through eFOLDi, the first thing to do is to contact us on
0800 999 8123 or at orders@efoldi.com to begin your return request. Inside
the Welcome Pack you will find our RETURN REQUEST FORM which you will then
need to fill out before sending the eFOLDi product back to us. Our Customer Service
Team will be more than happy to help you with this. Please ensure you have both your Order Number and Serial Number to hand, which will help us to process the request as quickly as possible.
If you have decided to return your eFOLDi because it is unsuitable for you, then it must be returned in the original packaging and in unused and saleable condition. Your return request must be made within 28 days of purchase.
If you receive your eFOLDi and it’s been Damaged in Transit, make a return request within 24 hours of receipt on 0800 999 8123. We will then arrange a replacement to be shipped out to you as quickly as possible.
Once your request has been received and authorized by our Customer Service Team we will arrange for the eFOLDi to be collected from you. We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days for this to be completed. We will keep you informed as to the progress of the request and a realistic date for any refund to be paid.
