Return Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase from, send it back within 14 days or if Faulty our items are covered by up to 12 months warranty (see Warranty Form) and SunTech UK Ltd or the dealer through which you bought the product will arrange for a repair, or provide you with a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

In the first instance please send an email to with your order number, a receipt or proof of purchase, and the reason why you decided to return the item. We will then determine whether the item should be returned to us or to a dealer if it was bought through one and contact you with this information. If you have any queries, please telephone the Returns Department on 0800 999 6606 and they will tell you the returns process relevant to your product.

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible but please allow 10 working days for completion of the requested returns process, whether it is a repair, refund or delivery of a replacement or alternative product.

If it is decided that the product should be returned to us, please note the following information to help us deal with your return efficiently;

Your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that returned goods are well packed to prevent damage.

If it is decided that the item should be returned to us, we recommend you use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance.
