1. Promoter

The promoter of this survey and prize draw is SunTech UK Limited trading as eFOLDi (“eFOLDi”), registered in England & Wales under company number 06906908, with registered office at 25 Ormside Way, Holmethorpe Industrial Estate, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 2LW (as stated in your Terms Of Use).

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to qualified occupational therapists over 18 years of age, attending the Rise4Disability Kent event on September 10th 2025, excluding employees of eFOLDi, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the survey.

3. Survey & Prize Draw

By completing the survey, participants are automatically entered into a draw to win a voucher (e.g., an Amazon gift card).

Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Closing Date and Winner Notification

The survey closes on 14th September 2025.

The winner will be selected at random within 30 days of the closing date and notified via the email address provided.

If the winner cannot be located or fails to respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

5. Data Use

The email address you provide will only be used to contact winners and—if you’ve opted in—send marketing updates from eFOLDi.

If you choose not to opt in for marketing, your email will not be used for promotional purposes and will be securely deleted after prize administration.

6. Marketing Opt-In

If you tick the opt-in box, you agree to receive future communications from eFOLDi including product updates, innovations, competitions, and relevant mobility solutions for occupational therapy clients. You can unsubscribe at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. General

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, as with your standard Terms Of Use.
