The battery is conveniently located directly under the seat on the base of the scooter, so it’s easy to access when needed.
It takes up to 5 hours to fully charge the eFOLDi Compass battery. Be sure not to charge for more than 12 hours to maintain battery health.
We do not recommend leaving any battery charging overnight unsupervised, even though our batteries are among the most reliable and safest on the market.
Yes, you can charge the battery while it is still in the scooter using the charging port located at the top of the steering column. Alternatively, the battery can be removed and charged separately.
